Managing your subscription

Forge Membership is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel it any time from your device:

Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.

Restoring a purchase

Already subscribed but Pro is not showing, for example on a new phone or after reinstalling? Open Forge, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Free trial

The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you keep it, the trial rolls into a paid year automatically, and any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.

Your account and data

Forge works without an account and keeps your data on your device. If you created an optional account for cloud backup, you can sign out any time to stop syncing, or delete your account from your profile to permanently remove its cloud backup. To erase the copy on your device, use Reset all data in your profile. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Common questions

Do I need an account to use Forge?

No. The whole app works without one. An account is optional and only adds cloud backup and sync across devices.

Is my data private?

Yes. There are no analytics or advertising trackers, and your content stays on your device unless you turn on cloud backup or AI coaching. Your journal writing is never sent to the AI providers.

How do I turn on AI coaching?

It is off by default. Enable it from your profile or the first time you open an AI feature. You can turn it back off any time.

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile, go to the account section, and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account and its cloud backup.
