Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the Forge developer for your use of the Forge app. By downloading or using Forge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license to use Forge

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Forge for your own personal, non-commercial self-improvement. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions and billing

Forge offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Forge Membership"), currently a monthly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan may include an introductory free trial. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region.

Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests are handled by Apple.

Not professional advice

Forge is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, fitness, nutritional, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing in the app is a substitute for a qualified professional.

In particular, the workout and fitness features are general information only. Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

AI-generated content

When you enable AI coaching, some content is generated by third-party AI models (Groq, Inc. and Google LLC). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a suggestion, not instruction, and use your own judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated content, and your use of it is at your own risk. Use of these features is also subject to the AI providers' own terms.

Your responsibilities

No warranty

Forge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Forge developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Forge. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Third-party services

The optional AI features rely on third-party providers (Groq, Inc. and Google LLC), and the optional account and cloud-backup feature relies on Supabase, Inc. Your use of those features is also governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using Forge at any time by deleting the app, and if you created an account you may delete it from your profile to remove your account and its cloud backup. We may suspend or end the app or any feature at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
